Custom Sissy Bar For A WG?
I have a friend who is a blacksmith, a true artist, and I'm thinking about having him make me a new sissy bar for my 2011 FXDWG. I was thinking about a twisted square stock about 2 1/2-3' tall, PC'ed black.
2 questions though: #1 should I have him make me a detachable, or permanent one?
#2 does anyone have one on theirs? I'd love to see pics!
Any advice would help, thanks!

It would be for function, but if he makes it it'll be a work of art. It would be for strapping bags to on road trips and the OL to lean on. I can make a pad for it myself. If I get it detachable would it look silly?

My Sissy Bar
I got a 24" one on the way for my wide glide, and a new sissy bar bag as well, and some new bars risers grips cables etc also got some fat spoke rims on back order hopefully 4 to 6 weeks for them, well it is xmas after all, :-)
