Default Exhaust gasket ?

This may be a dumb question but when I pull my pipes, so I can change the clutch cable, do I need to replace the exhaust gaskets before reinstalling the pipes?

For 6 dollars worth of parts, I think I would install news ones. No need to chance if the old ones will reseal. You are already there,it's not like you are replacing them for the fun of it. They are a crush type seal, just be a chance if there is more crush left. Not enough crush you will have a exhaust leak. Your call...

Default Depends

Depends on how tight someone made it. I put a new take off on mine and got new gaskets just in case off ebay (cheep). The Pythons had been on a few years. Gasket looked good and were not squashed out into opening. Since I had them I put them in which is a little effort since its sort of like squeezing it in with out distorting a piece of rolled up steel wool. Probably best to replace them.

I'll be honest, I reused my stock gaskets an I don't have any leaks. If I did I'd change em out. They're cheap anyways

I'd do it. Easy enough to do.
