Default Bike won't start, any ideas?

I recently relocated my signals to underneath my forward controls and I had a hiccup. I didn't disconnect the battery while wiring and when one side was done to check that they functioned I turned the ignition on. The headlight came on and the running lights were on, but the blinkers didn't function. I killed the ignition and noticed that the signal wires for the other side were touching (Ooops!). The bike has power and the lights (including front running lights/signals) come on, just no blinker function and I don't hear the fuel pump come on nor will the starter button do anything. I am guessing (hoping) that all I did was pop some fuses. Does this sound like the most likely possibility given the circumstances? didn't have time to check the fuses before work and figured someone here would have some insight. Thanks.....

Blown fuse would be my guess too. Had the same thing happen to me when i had some wiring inside the headlight shell touch. Check voltage of the battery too, should be between 12.5 and 13 volts. Make sure the connections to the battery are nice and tight.

Let me add my duhh moment. Make sure the clutch grip/switch/lever assembly is intact and tight. That's what got me when I did my relocation. I was only able to start it in neutral because it wasn't lined up properly and tight. Once I got it lined up properly, it was really loose.

I actually just swapped out my bars for the fat drag bars and added 2" riser spacers. Everything worked fine without the front signals attached. So I know what is F^#$ed up is a result of my signal install. Additionally (should have mentioned this before) before actually making my connections, I touched the wires together to test the signal and everything worked fine. I'm 90% sure it was the wires touching on the opposite signal wire. I will check my fuses when I get home tonight and report back. Thanks for the input everyone

Default Update!!!

So I got home and checked my fuses. All of them are good. I also noticed that my fuel pump was charging upon turning the ignition on. The starter button does nothing AND my speedo light and clock are not coming on. So now i'm thinking maybe I pulled that connection loose when messing with my wiring for the bar swap. is this possibly a function of the stock alarm system? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the advice

Another duh suggestion... do you have your fob with you when trying to start the bike?
Probably do, but thought I would ask.

When I changed out my bars on the FXD I had pulled out the excess wiring a little too far and pulled the connector apartunderneath the front of the tank. If not remembering wrong I had the issue of not cranking but lights. Just pop off that plastic cap on the frame and check it out.
