I just got some new street bob emblems for my 97 Lowrider. My bike is flat black and I am thinking of painting the emblems red to add a little contrast. How do you think the emblems will look painted?
I have painted a few parts on my bike with black appliance paint (thanks to some tips on this forum) and they have held up well. But I am not able to find appliance epoxy paint in red.
Does anyone know if this color exists? If not, do you think regular paint will hold up?
I have no idea if the paint is out there, if so, I say go for it. I also just put new badges on, and I was hesitant to put them on cause they had red in them, and I have no red elsewhere. I think the red will really pop and look good. Like people said to me, its all about what YOU like.

Thanks for the reply. I painted them with red automotive epoxy paint this afternoon. They look really good, hopefully the paint will hold up.
Well sorry it took me so long to post pics, but here they are. I am happy with it. I just hope the paint holds up, if not I guess it wont be that hard to repaint them.
