Default LED Tail Lights?

Has anybody tried D2 moto LED tail lights?

http://www.d2moto.com/p-6845-harley-...t-signals.aspx

Value priced for sure. Didnt know if they would require a load eq. or if any of the other brands do either.

Also open for opinions on other brands of smoked LED Tail Lights for a Fat Bob.

Looks pretty good. Like the integrated turn signals also. I would ask them if a load equalizer needs to be added or - they have a built-in equalizer.

Man, I like that! Wish I had seen this thread before I bought mine. That one's a lot thinner than mine! And a lot brighter...

Do they make one like that without the turn signal function?

I paid $30 for this one from Chopperscycle. I really wanted the Kuryakin one, but they wanted $120 for theirs.

The LED bulb isn't real bright. I may have to swap it out:

I asked them about the non-turn signal type and they only have that one model. I want to get one for my Wide Glide that has the same shape but again, only the one model...

I wonder if you could just hook up the brake light, and not the turn signals?

I might just call them myself, and ask them. I'd like to know about the load equalizer too.

OZG sells them on eBay as well as D2 Moto. Here is a photo of the business end that shows the wires. Theoritically you could wire just the brake lite:

According to the D2 Moto add on eBay, no load equalizer is required.
