Get a new mechanic. Get a parts manual and look up the frame part numbers. The pre-06 WG & LR have the same frame yet the WG has more rake. Ask him how that is possible.
Google it and see what that tells you.
Dyna superglide type frame 28 degrees of rake in the steering head Wideglide type frame 32 degrees in the steering head And that is what I found by googleing wideglide rake and trail and superglide rake trail so the frames are differant
I see you said low rider if you look at the lowrider and the wide glide frames they have the same rake 32 degress and if you look the fork angel is the same the diffeance there is in the wide over narrow forks the rake and trail are the same
put pics of both bikes stock side by side and you can see the rake and trail match
I give up. I guess that is why Harley has always marketed the Wide Glide as being raked out, but no other Dyna has ever been marketed as such.
I have tried to explain to you that the WG trees do have 2 degrees of rake, others have told you the same thing on here, but no worries, it's your bike and your money.
i put a AME 18Deg chopper kit on my dad's 2010 softail Custom and it is bad *** i think i would of went with a more like the 14Deg the 18 is old school with 2010 looks very nice
Call you dealer tomorrow and i am sure he will tell you harley does not have any raked trees. And I will do the same if I am wrong I will admit to it But I am sure That Halrey Davidson and all other motorcompanies would not get rake from the trees they would do it in the frame. But If I am wrong on my bike I will say so.

OMG, didn't you say the same thing in the other post. You couldn't be more wrong. For god's sakes man, you have a Wide Glide in your sig pic. Walk outside and LOOK!!! Its visible. You can see it with the naked eye. Sit your bike up straight and step back from the bike. You can see plain as day the forks are at a different angle than the steering head.
F*CK YOU ALL I called the dealer and there is NO rake in the trees. Do you hear that NO rake in the trees. To rake your bike in the trees is a **** way to chop the front end. You guy do understand that you can be wrong. Or are two differant dealerships wrong along with my indy.
