Got my new apes...
today and started the project. We worked on them about 2 hours tonight and will finish up tomorrow. It is very tedious work,and yes they are prewired. My only concern and question is about the six speed tranny cover. We removed it to hook up the new clutch cable. All went well with the hookup. My only concern is when ya place the cover back on is there a certain way the gears inside have to line up or do ya just put cover back on. I know this may sound like silly question but just didnt pay much attention to how gears were. We hooked up the new clutch cable like it was before so that should be fine. We put the cover back on and everything seemed fine. Tomorrow we will hook up all the cables to the housings and bleed the brakes and put her back together. Hope all goes well!!!
