Bike sounds different after service

Default Bike sounds different after service
Just had the 15k service completed, also added a tire, rear brakes, air filter to the service.
The bike has a noticeably louder exhaust sound, is this normal when a new air filter is installed? The bike is an 04 SuperGlide, with fuel injection.

Shouldn't sound different. Did they remove the baffles?

To get to the back tyre they had the mufflers off? Perhaps didn't fasten them up properly. The muffler clamps should be replaced as they are a one-tighten fixing.

that would be my bet ... a air filter should cause no dif in sound from the pipe

My pipes sound better in the cold weather, could be the air is drier

+1 on the clamp for the muffler. did your plugs get replaced? New and properly gapped plugs might have an effect on the combustion process. still go wwith the muffler clamp.
