Default Back in the saddle.

Well, after selling my '08 Street Bob last summer, I have been dying for another bike. I only sold it because I moved into an apartment and didn't have a place to keep it. (Retired from the military and moved back to my home state-still have a house for sale where I retired). I still regret selling it because it was paid off. Anyway, I am still in this apartment and my house still isn't sold. My classic car is in storage and that's where I'll keep the new Superglide until I move out of this apartment-hopefully soon.

Last night, after a long decision process, I purchased a 2011 blue and black Superglide Custom. I struggled with the decision between another Dyna and a Softail Deluxe or Heritage-and even a Road King. What it comes down to is that I am a hot rodder at heart and that's what a Dyna is-a hot rod. I'll post pics in a couple of days.

Congrats on your 1st retirement & new scoot. I bought a 05 XL1200C as my retirement gift to me & upgraded to 09 FLHX when timing allowed. Man's gotta have his toys - enjoy & break 'er in well.
