Have you tried a helmet with the visor built in, that flips up into the skid lid?

I use the H-D's as well they fit me perfectly.

I use Panoptx (old company name) auto-darkening, now they're called 7-eyes. Kinda pricey but the lenses are ballistic rated and I've been using the same pair since 05.

Are there any goggles that auto-tint AND are made to not fog up?

I have several pairs of Wiley X SG-1's from prior deployments but my new favorite pair is the XL-1 advanced. The rubber seal is removable so they can be used as regular sunglasses or goggles and the lenses are changeable.

+1 on WileyX. The key is to get the right model so that they fit your face perfectly. If they don' seal around your cheekbones and eye sockets, they will be nothing but frustrating. Try on a bunch and get the right fit. The WileyX's that I use also have lenses that adjust and have the removable gasket. Been using them over a year and still love em.

I use the H-D Slicks with the transitioning lenses.

Nice and lightweight and seals quite well even with thinner foam ... on my melon, at least.
