this is where I got mine from, he will make it to your specs I asked him to change mine a bit, hes real good and great service, and yes you could lean back on mine all day long it is solid as, I ride with the bag on the front of it so I can lean back on it,

I made mine from spare parts that were left overs from friends stuff laying around the garages.

I made mine out of round bar and had it powder coated. The price for some of those tall ones is outrageous. I couldn't justify that much money for a bent piece of round bar. Did mine for about $30 total. Love it!
