Nice job on the vids, Mud. You can try Windows Movie Maker for editing. It is VERY basic though. Follow the link.

+1 on this being basic but it works and is free. Or if it doesn't do what you need there are lots of different software choices you can purchase. The videos look good to me. thanks for sharing.

thanks for the compliments on the little HowTo.

appreciate it.

I will be attempting to make more once I figure out some editing technique.

and I also need to learn the best way to upload to youTube.

my videos appear 100% better quality when I view them from my hard drive.

Mud,

Windows MovieMaker 2.1 from Microsoft is free for video editing on XP. I believe it has all of the basics. If you have at least XP SP2, the MovieMaker 2.1 software should already be on your PC. Here are the instructions from Microsoft regarding MovieMaker.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...viemaker2.mspx

The actual MovieMaker .EXE file should be located as follows: C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\moviemk.exe

You can right-click moviemk.exe and do a Send To to the desktop as a shortcut to make it easer to get to.

Richard...
