Has anyone used the replacement plates that Headwinds makes for when you remove the stock headlight and visor? I installed my Cobra II headlight, and now I have the ugly wires and weather-proof connector showing that the stock headlight hid.
I saw Headwinds (http://www.headwinds.com/mm5/merchan...ry_Code=010502) has two different types of plates - one long and one short. If anyone has used these, can you post the pics of them on your bike? I am leaning toward the longer version, but I'm concerned that maybe it would be too long and hit the back of my new headlight.
Thanks in advance for any experience anyone can share. This is going on a 2000 Superglide.
