I've got the parts apart and ready for powder (specifically rockers, pushrod covers and lifter covers), however I cant for the life of me find the textured black that matches the inner primary. I know the covers and inner are different colours, and I'd ideally like to find the same colour that is on the harley wrinkle heads (even though its more of a texture?).
Pics would be awesome, or if any of the coaters on the forum could chime in. I've got a colour that is kinda close, but I'd hate to find something after I've already reassembled and painted once.
I know your looking for power that matches, but why not use the harley wrinkle rattle can on it? If you prep it good, it should be a nice lasting finish. I have yet to see anything that comes close to matching the cases like the wrinkle paint.

the thought has crossed my mind on more than one occasion, but I'd rather stick with powder. If I got it all back together and I messed something up, I'd hate to have to disassemble again. Guess I just dont trust my own painting ability haha
That wrinkle paint is pretty forgiving. I used it to touch up some rock chips on my engine and you cant tell where I did it unless you are looking for it.
