In Texas, it's a sticker that goes on the license plate right beside the State Inspection sticker.

Here in CA we're constantly asked for License, Reg, and Proof in Ins. even though we have a tag that goes on the plate showing it's currently registered.

License is in my wallet, the rest are in a zippered pocket on my riding jacket which after my accident I never ride without so they are always on me.

your proof of insurance should have VIN # on it. why would you carry your title around with you?

A few years ago someone had the idea of using self adhering shipping envelops under the seat. Then use a thumb screw to replace the standard screw for the seat
