Default Powdercoat question

I'm going to powder coat my V&H Big Shots black and want to keep approximately 4" of the end chrome. Is this possible? I have the chrome tips but I don't like them and am going to take them off.

I got a price fom JRK, I live in Canada though and the shipping may pose a problem. Thanks for the info, that's what I'm going to do.
