Another Short Shot question
I was looking at getting these and noticed that the chrome ones are $265+ shipping and the black powdercoat run about $430. Why is there such a price difference? Does it really cost that much more just for the black powercoating? If that's the case I couldn't Ijust buy the chrome ones and heat wrap them to get the look I'm after. Do both the chrome and black powedercoat enhance the performance exactly the same?

Supply and Demand, the black exhaust systems are in high demand and they are new item
Performance is the same, the only difference is in the heat shields, chrome vs. ceramic coated

you can find the black ones on ebay for around 300..just be patient.....or you can order from DK or JP cycles for 365 free shipping.... ebay sellers jacked up the prices when the BLack SS went on back order....im pretty sure now they are available...
