Demon Cycle sucks donkey b@lls. Glad your deal went good but remember for one good transaction there are probably over 1000 bad transactions when dealing with them. Yes, I have personal experience dealing with them.

post an example or two of your personal experience dealing with them.

I understand you had a bad deal, but I will bet there is really one bad deal per 1000 good ones. It wouldnt be possible for them to be in business if it were really as you say. That being said, I have ordered from them twice and both times they were very helpful and shipped very fast.

just search demon cycles on this site and read... maybe not 1:1000 good:bad transaction but i bet 1:100 good:bad is very possible...
Evil, I dobt it man. You have to remember...Bad customer service gets spoken about almost every time. Good or normal customer service usually gets no recognition.
I am not trying to defend Demon, I just hate seeing all these threads that get out of control on the internet. Many times they get filled with a bunch of people saying "I heard they suck" just because they read it in a thread or a couple threads somewhere else. Many times its only a hand full of problems that get multiplied by bandwagoners.
Another problem with the internet age are companies that drop ship. Many do in order to be competitive. The problem with drop ship companies is that when the consumer orders the wrong part, they get pissed when the drop shipper doesnt want to eat return shipping costs.....Well, if the consumer wasnt so worried about saving $2 over the next guy and checked into weather or not the shipper stocked parts and accpepted returns directly, they might not be in that position.

after getting burned from a drop shipper (not in business anymore) i just do a simple search on companies i want to order from i didn't find to many good reviews about demon cycle on this site... my guess is they won't be around to much longer... usually people don't bash a site unless they were burned, or the site is HEAVY site sponsors only (which hdforum isn't)....
A couple of years ago I purchased a set of mirrors. When they finally came in two weeks after I ordered them they had surface rust all over them and the mirror housing on one was dented. I called Demon up and explained to them the problem and told them I would like to swap the mirrors out and asked if they could send one of those return shipping labels. I was told straight up, that they would replace them if I ordered something else from them. That way they could just put it all in one box and save on the shipping. After several heated phone conversations I finally just gave up and through the mirrors in the trash and from then on out have spread the word. There might have been a few good transactions with them posted on here but if you search you will find that the bad reviews out weigh the good.
