I was looking thru their negative ebay feedback & found this. I laughed for 5 minutes!

I'm convinced of all the parts resellers Demons is the absolute worst. But you need to understand the business model. They are high volume/low price so if you expect any extra service or advise you're dreaming. If you know exactly what part you're after, and know where Demons sources it, you can sometimes come out ahead price wise, but other than that it's a crapshoot.
Ebay should have booted them years ago but they generate too much money for them so it'll never happen. I'm also pretty sure they slightly change their Ebay seller ID every once in awhile or when their seller feedback rating falls too low. Right now their positive feedback rating is at 99%, but that remaining one percent represents thousands of unhappy customers.
It's hard to get a true picture of how they operate reading through Ebay's provided feedback (where positives and negatives are mixed together) but there's another site that presents only the negs. Open a beer and have a good laugh here:

I'm glad to hear you had a good deal from demon cycle but this company did me wrong and badly. I actually was one of the many who posted a thread about their horrible customer service and the way they treated me. Glad they treated you well and hope they keep it up. Good for you but I would NEVER use them again!!! Cant wait to see the pics.

purchased a pair of handle bars with all the controls installed.. the left turn signal button said "right" upside down. as if they ran out of lefts and rigged it with the scrap parts they had. well this was of course unacceptable so I asked for refund or replacement.. they wouldn't replace and charged me 60 dollar restock fee. ridiculous. if they had taken care of me, I would have bought soooo much more stuff from them - i cant figure out how they are still in business.

I'm glad my part was only $20., it doesn't look too good for me getting it. If you can't ship something that small in one week in the same state you SUCK!!!

I`ve bought from them 3 or 4 times and have not had a problem.....LED bullet blinks, mirrors etc. But I have to agree, screw me over once and I`m gonna let people know. They should be taking care of their customers!
