Here are the pictures of the cooler relocation. I used the stock Jagg bracket and drilled a new hole in it and my frame cross member (upper left bolt). I used a 3/4 inch spacer behind the bracket with the new bolt and then picked up the lower stock hole of the bracket with my regulator bolt, I used a 1/8th inch spacer on the other regulator bolt so it would sit flat (compensated for the bracket thickness).
The exhaust is a homemade combination of a FatBob Tommy gun front section welded to a shortened HD Sixteen Gauge rear section. I wanted an exhaust that had the soonest merge and the most cross talk area for low end pull. The Sixteen Gauge has a common chamber on it where the two pipes are connected so this kluged together system has two cross talk areas.
I'm not sure of how far out the fan would be, as far as wheel interference. You could probably tolerate a 1 inch thick muffin fan there the way it is right now. I could be wrong but I think most fan kits are installed behind the rear cylinder in front of the battery blowing forward. They are for low speed parade type of applications. I think that with a good tune and an oil cooler most rider are good to go.
