Default 21" Ride Wright Wheel

I'm thinking of ordering a 21" wheel for my 07 Street Bob. I want to order a 60 spoke 21"x3.5" from Ride Wright for now and use my stock rear until my new rear tire is worn out then get the matching 18" 60 spoke rear from them. Do you guys think the 60 spoke front will look odd with the stock rear? Ride Wright good quality?

Look odd, Well what do you think? Of course it will look odd, but sometimes ya got to do what ya got to do. Dont worry about it, its a work in progress..

As far as quality, I have a friend that did what your thinking about doing. He purchased the same wheel, but it wouldn't hold air. Upon contacting the company to see what could be done,
they informed him that they never said it was tubeless, just vulcanized and that he would have to buy an additional tube and liner if it wouldn't hold air.
The reason for vulcanizing a wheel is to make it tubeless, but they wouldn't budge, no help or satisfaction offers at all.. Pretty much 'You bought it, now its yours'.
My friend has since but in a tube, and is quite happy with the wheel, however In the mean time he put on a Chrome deuce solid wheel on the back (combo looks great).
He wouldn't have even thought about the duece wheel, had Ride Wright been a little more willing to help out.

He'll probabaly end up with a matching set, but it will take a while to get over their public relation policy.

I just wasn't sure how noticeable the 60 spoker would be over the 40 spoke stock rear.
I've been emailing back and forth with Ride Wright and they seem very helpful and quick to email back but I will make sure I ask about being tubeless and get it in writing. Thanks for the info RonnR

My Ride Wright wheels are tubeless and do not lose air. They have great customer service and answered every question I had before placing the order.

I found Dr V Twins post on there shop info and I think I'm sold on them. Sam from Ride Wright seems like a good guy from what I read and our emails back and forth.

Default 21" Ride Wright

Hey I'm new to this site. I have an 09 Fat Bob and picked up a 21" Ride Wright rim off my buddies 05 Road King. They both have dual disk and 1' axle but the hub seems 1/4" wider on the 21. Does anyone know if it will work or can I get an adaptor for it cause i dont think the rotors would like up. Any info will help. Thanks

I think the 60 spoke will look fine until you can get the rear. Pm or email me at drew@drvtwin.com for discounted pricing on Ride Wrights.

I ran around for about 7-8 months with my stock rear wheel & a fat daddy DNA 21" on the front, I don't think it's that noticeable because the brake rotor & pulley cover alot of the wheel up. need a pic of before & after let me know.
