rotating rear fender advice?

i turned it on the belt sander to get a smooth flow out of it, it is just cause it is a close up. to keep the shape of the top of the fender flowing smooth it is the only way to wrap it on a stock fender and still keep enough meat back there so it will catch crap thrown... when you look at it about 2 foot away you can not even tell and it flows well with the rest of the bike... just the close up pics look wack... after i saw that i went out and checked it again... it is way better than when i first did it... dropped the belt down to a less agreesive grit so that i could slowly shape it and keep both sides matching! adding to the fender then grinding it down would never have it match on stamped steel

Think what you're saying is that the filet radius which blends the aft ~straight inside part into the existing fender is not a fair curve or true radius, as seen against the tire's white stripe. Good eye!

it is from Dr v twin a sponser on here... i tore it down, cut it up, powdered it, addes some more led's and installed it
last season i buttoned up the stock hole for a tail light and then put this over it... this year i did the fender mod
lit up
