Looking for a part number!

Powercobra sent me a few close up pics of the front of his bike and I noticed he had a chrome piece just beneath his speedo and I would like to have one of these for my bike. It looks to me like it's the risers but I'm not real sure so if any of you guys know what it is please tell me and even better if you know the part number that would rock! Thanks!!

I have the 06 parts book. It is called cover, speedometer bottom. It was chrome on the FXDC and part number is 55849-06. Have you thought about your chrome addiction and how it is impacting your life??

That part number isn't in the new catalog or on there website are you sure that's correct?

Parts like that won't be in the accessory catalog or HD online. I always use Zannotti's and Chicagoharley parts search to verify part and also receive large discount. With your chrome addiction you can't be paying full retail!!
