Checking for a tuner or Remap???
When purchasing a used bike how do you tell if it has been remapped or has a tuner without tearing into the bike if the seller has no idea? The bike has Vance and Hines pipes and what looks to be a K&N Filter under the football.

You can't. If it has a bolt-on tuner (PC etc) then you might find this under the seat. If it has a tuner that reprograms the ECU (SEPST) or there is just a dealer download then there is nothing to find.

A dealer would be able to tell you, though I'm pretty sure he'd charge for that. Else you could buy a SEPST that lets you look at the config file loaded into the ECU.
