i really hope this guy just gets it done cause my patience is wearing thin. if i pick it up again i will just bring her somewhere else and probably go with the s&s like i wanted to to begin with. i'm starting to realize what he did....if i got the s&s he would not make too much on labor.......now when he rebuilt mine he basically charged the same as a new s&s but it was all profit for him....FUC&^r!!!!!!!

Re jet carbs, don't hone them out. If jets aren't the sender then upgrade to a new carb. Anybody who suggests something like that just wants to charge labor. Replace with a new carb for sure, but just do it urself.

just a thought...but could the enricher be stuck on? if i forget to turn mine off it will pop on me... check to see it is opening all the way when the enricher is off.....

lol.....that was one of the first things i checked. always have to make sure there is gas too. i really wish it was something simple like that. i think i'm going to the shop tomorrow to see what the hell is going on......maybe i'l just take it back and go somewhere else or just spring for the s&s and do it myself.
