Question Lindby Bar on Streetbob??
I am thinking of installing a Lindby Engine Guard on my bike.

Anyone have one installed on a Streetbob? Any Pics?

I have an 09 Streetbob with forward controls too, but all I can find is the bars for Mid controls. Anyone know where I can get a black bar for install with forwards?

i had the Lindby on mine and took it off. installed highway pegs instead. Of course i have mid controls and this setup worked better for me.

I have the Lindby multi-bar on my Wideglide. They didnt show a black bar on there web site so I called and they had it powder coated for around $20. I like the bar and it lets you streach your legs out on long trips. Heres a few pictures for you.

Looks very good SuperglideKen! I bought a used chrome Multibar off a forum member and have yet to put it on. It was in perfect shape but missing the brackets...which I got from Lindby for $30. I want to black it out but I stripped one of the nuts on my left forward control....so, I need to fix that first.

Bringing this thread back to life.

I have a 2017 Street Bob that came with mid controls.

I had Further Forward controls installed, bringing my feet a little more than 2" forward.

That doesn't sound like a lot but man what a huge difference it made for me (I'm 5' 5").

I contacted Lindy Custom on Facebook, and was told they won't fit. #sadface

Then I looked at their site and noticed they actually have it in two models, one for folks with Forward Controls:

I'd order that one but before I do I want to make sure the one that is sold for bikes with mid controls won't work.

Posting to this thread in case the OP ordered the one for Forward Controls, even if just to see how he likes it.
