Default Cyclevision Barebacks question

OK guys, I know I'm an idiot sometimes. Just picked my bike up after several winter mods (pics to follow this week), it looks really sweet if I do say so myself. Anyway I went with the HD Distressed bags (black)...oh yeah I had to strip and re-dye them, but that's another story. Anyway my DUMBASS can't figure how to get quick release barebacks to release...PLEASE HELP!!

They have a collar you have to pull back and lift then up. You might have to wiggle them a bit to get them off. They have a very tight fit.

But you have to pull the front and back collar back at the same time to release the bags.

The Barebacks can be a real pain if they are not adjusted just right. The U shaped openings must be positioned exactly identical to each other so the bags will lift "straight" up. It can take a little time to get them just right once done they work good. Mike

Thanks again everybody. A very snug fit, but I'm glad I went with the barebacks. I looked at several other quick release brands but I really like how these are in a little tighter.
