Do you have a micrometer or a tape measure? Could measure it.

"... I'll get a micrometer from work on Monday."

I've used an adjustable wrench when the micrometer wasn't handy - gently close the jaws around the frame, remove, then measure the spread.
For what it's worth, the down-tubes on my '010 F-Bob are 1-1/2" round. Hope that helps.

In '06 they went to 1 1/2" tubes on the Dyna which is what yours will be. You can usually find stuff like this out easily by checking parts for your bike on the HD website. It will tell you what fits and you can use the info to find aftermarket parts.
