What about daytime lighting? As part of the "see & be seen" theory, I ride during the day with my hi beam on, how does the LED do with making yourself more visable during the day?

You can be seen just fine during the day. I get compliments on it by just how it looks riding down the road. The light looks great and is worth the money. Everyone hates on HD but they actually made a good part right here.

I'd pony up and get one of these if it fit my bike, but according to the catalogue, it doesn't fit 06 and up Dyna. How stupid is that?

Has anyone installed one on a Wide Glide from '91 - '05?

The Harley site has the FXDWG as an exception.

Better get ready to pony up then because it fits in my 2010 Street Bob even though Harley said it would not. If you got a 5 3/4" housing, it will fit.

There must be some reason they say that it won't work. I ride to work at 6 am and a lot of the ride is in the boonies. More light would be great. I'll go ask a guy at the dealership parts counter. Sometimes... those guys have the answers. Sometimes..

Or you could just do what I did, buy a Cobra II bullet headlight for 100 bucks and be done with it...

Love the looks.
