What's your guys opinion on a medium-dark brown leather seat on a black denim street bob. I personally want to do it but nervous at the same time wondering if it would look good or not! Images of old school bobbers with brown seats always cross my mind and I love the look, what do you guys think?

I think it'd look sick. Go for it! Isn't there a Bob rider on this forum that did something similar? Tricked out his Bob and then put it up for sale because he wanted to move on to another project?

Yea, that's me but still got the Bob. I may try to sell it again in the spring or keep it, who knows! LOL. Here's a pic if you want to know what it would look like. It's a spring seat so not sure if that's what you are after but gives you an idea on the color.

BASIC- Do you like the springer seat? That is exactly what I would love to do but was always unsure about the whole springer seat and how to make it work with a bob. That is FREAKIN AWESOME! Let me in on what I need to do? Or what do you guys think, reupholster the stock seat? I work next door to an upholsterying company that could do it easy.

I have been considering having my stock seat redone. I think brown looks nice on the vivid black. Not sure how it would look on the denim

I'm having Alligator Bob from ADVANCED Custom Design in Lake Villa, Il. do an Alligator seat for my "06" Denim Black Street Bob. The seat I sent him is an Badlander It will be just a little darker, redish brown than the one shown.
I'll post pix as soon as I get the seat back.
