Ricors here also. I went with the 12 1/2 sport tune, best mod so far.

When I talked with Brian at Ricor he told me that the only shocks he had returned for tuning were the touring tuned ones. The sport tune buyers were happy with their set-up.

You might make sure that the ones you are running are properly adjusted for static sag.

I am running the progressive 440 in my opinion much betterbthen the 412. If you go progressive spend a little more and getbthe 440 vs 412

I got the Progressive 440's in stock length. The difference in handling is quite noticeable. Riding comfort is a little better. Haven't ridden with a passenger since I installed them.

I have put progressive shocks on all my harleys. I order them shorter to get the lowered look but the feel of the suspension is great like it was standard height. I weight 250 and with my ol' lady on the back too they don't bottom out and handling is great. Plus they a lot of different looks and options to pick from. It just depends on what look you want and how you ride to determine what will best fit you man.
