Info needed...
I've got 35,000 miles on my Fat Bob and it's way past due for a suspension mod.
For the rear I'm considering Progressive 418-4837B, an 11.5" shock with adjustable rebound.
For the front... about the only thing I've come up with is Progressive 11-1525 springs. I dont want to drop the front, I'd rather slide the tubes up the trees a 1/2 inch. The mono tubes looked interesting but they're for the Softtail & Touring bikes.
I had the stock springs out @ 5,000 miles ago to change the fork oil with Screaming Eagle Heavy. The stock springs are progressively wound... so, what's the difference between them and the other's... besides the $100?
Is there something more effective for eliminating brake dive & poor readability in the front forks?
