I read in a recent post that only 841 Cobalt Blue Street Bobs were produced in 2007

WTF? Oh yeah, now I remember. I end up selling the wheel to another forum user in Alberta lol. Do you still have your Sportster? Sold mine long ago, got a Fatboy in 08, now added another 07 SB to my stable.
