Hi all, Wanted to thank everyone for all the help and guidance when I bought my first bike. After a few years of riding and many miles I realized I needed to move to a touring bike. Went in thinking I wanted a Street Glide but rode out on the Road King Classic. Really liked my Street Bob but love this RKC. Take care all!!

Seriously, bikes are personal things and we choose what fits us best. You got a good start and got familiar with a Harley, so the RKC should be a comfortable transition.

No reason to bug out. Hell, I enjoy reading the touring group, too. Those guys tend to know a bit about performance because they NEED it to drag all that stuff around with 'em.
