Just finished picking up my bike from Fuel Moto. Just wanted to give everyone the results and feedback on the build on my 2009 FXDB.
Before I was running a standard 96" Stage 1 air cleaner, V&H Big Radius 2in2, Fuelpak and the dyno was 73.22hp/88.49tq.
After: Fuel Moto 107" kit installation, plus Port and polished the heads, polish the throttle body, and added a SE Heavy Breather, and PCV, also added Manual Compression releases. Dyno results attached, but results are: 112.83hp/121.50tq
Jamie and Keith from Fuel Moto were awesome. They both gave great advice from the very first phone call asking questions, multiple emails getting more details. I was so impressed with previous reviews about Fuel Moto, I brought my bike from Virginia Beach VA to Little Chute WI @Fuel Moto to get this build completed. Needless to say it was well worth it.
Unbelievable results. I can't speak highly enough on their customer service.
Now I need to get it back home to install the new Front forks with Ohlin cartridges and dual brembo brakes that Howard built for me.

Awesome, great performance gains! Did they do the port/polish while you were there or did you have to get it done ahead of time? I will be looking at doing the same down the road.

I literally dropped the bike off on Wednesday morning at 9am, and the bike was completed on Friday at about 1030 am. They did a core swap on my jugs but all the work on the heads and throttle body was done at the same time.

Cool .... I have always been happy with their service when buying parts from them on-line, good to know you can count on them for a quick turn-around for installs as well.
Very cool! I've been looking forward to seeing your results.
I'm going to have manual compression releases installed on mine, as well, when I do the Fuel Moto 107" upgrade. They say you don't need 'em, but I figure they'll be nice to have if the battery ever gets a little weak or something. Are you using them at all?
Fortunately, for me, I already have the PC-V with Auto Tune from Fuel Moto, so I'll be able to use their base map and let the AT do the work from there.
Do you think the head and throttle body work made any difference? I ask because they've done several of these jobs with stock heads and I seem to recall that they have achieved very similar results every time.
