Different types of people require different types of seats. I believe that a seat is age-appropriate, and a persons seat says a lot about themselves. If you are old, get a sundowner as mentioned above; if you are young and your lady friend is too, get a stripper or badlander seat. I don't know if I recall a harley rider saying "I bought a harley for the fuel mileage" or "...for the longevity of the engine" or "for the seat." On a side not, I find the stock seat on my '06 to be very comfortable. You should give that a shot if you aren't happy with yours. Good luck in your finding of a suitable replacement.
Well, I don't know if it's an age thing or not, but my 30 something year old body with 45+ years on it, is comfortable on the stock 06 seat. I do like the looks of the stock 07 seat though.
I had a Sundowner on my Sporty and it always made my ballz phall asleep. Don't have that problem with the Bob seat.

[sm=confused06.gif]Hmmmmmmmm...sleeping *****? Don't think I ever had that happen. (Thank God) Speak to your doctor, Maybe Viagra can help with that?????
I liked the 07 seat so much that I bought one to put on my 06. Then I found out you can buy them on ebay from people who changed to a different seat and are selling off the stock one.
Since I just got my seat today and there is a little puckering, am I to assume that somebody farted on it before I bought it?! Geeeezzzz

I have about 1700 Km/1200 miles on my 'Bob. The seat on the '07 has an inlaid type of pattern pressed into the vinyl of the seat. The lines in the pattern are 'puckering' up , as if the vinyl stretches then bunches or puckers up.
This comes from too much farting on it. Lift your cheek when you let one fly ;-))

Ya know why god made farts stink? So deaf people can get a laugh out of them too.[:@]
Don't feel bad. Someone musta farted on my '07 seat as well. After 2000km it's doin' the same trick. Then again, I have definitely farted long and loud on it. Could it be a warranty claim? "MR.HD, ya seats are not fart proof mate, can I have a new one." LMAO

I had the sleeping ***** syndrome on my stock Sporty seat. Sucks bad. If I rode a real long time it felt like my nutz were gonna go back up into my abdomen.
I bought a Mustang Daytripper and it's hard and a bit uncomfortable, not as bad as the stock seat though. The good news is my sleeping ***** are no longer sleeping and I'm not putting the stock seat back on.
