Default My New T-Bars

Just recently installed a set of Santee T-Bars on my bike. Finally got some pictures to share. These are 30" Wide with 8" of rise and 11" pullback. I have put a couple thousand miles on them already and they are very comfortable. Nice clean look with the internal wiring.

Looks good man, I'm thinking about doing some T-bars as well. Did you do the wiring yourself?

Nice clean setup (Quite similar to the HD Street Slammers). Good handling bars!

Actually did the whole install myself. The hardest part about the wiring was getting the little pin ends lined back up in the connectors right and then cramming the entire wiring harness back in the backbone. Running the wires through the bars was not too bad, especially since the bars came with stiff copper wire routed through the bars from the factory to help pull the wiring harnesses through. The only other part that was a pain was dealing with the crossover hose for the fuel tank removal. And getting the speedo back in the dash was a little difficult.

Actually, all of the cables are stock length. To be honest, I almost feel like I could have used a clutch cable that is 1" or 2" under stock length. And the same is probably true of the throttle and idle cables. But the stock lengths worked fine.
