I had mine on for about 500 miles then i wanted a full exhaust. It all depends what your looking for. If you want just a little sound then they will do. I had the 2" baffle slipons on my WG. For the price,i think i paid 300 or so, i should of just went for the full exhaust.

I just installed the Rush slipons slash down style with 1.5 baffles 2 weeks ago. Love them! All I was looking for was a little more thump. I didn't want mufflers or pipes that my neighbors could hear me coming from 6 blocks away. The 1.5 provided me with a sound that I found very acceptable, but not obnoxious. just my opinion.
I have the 1.5 slipons on my '08 FXDC the sound is nice at crusing but if I want I can set off alarms which I found out by acident getting it on , on a hill. Wouldn't trade them.
2" baffles in mine, which I bought from a member here. They sound mighty fine to me!
I won't have them on there much longer after I get home. I'm gonna make a 2-1 out of my stock header. I even ordered a Rush FLH baffle for my custom 2-1 pipe.
Did I mention that I like Rush? Yeah, the band, too.
