King Cobra 7" Headlight disassembly??
Just got in my new King Cobra 7" headlight Part #8-477. I'm trying to take it apart so that I can change the bulb out to the Sylvania Silverstar. There is one tiny set screw at the base of the bucket that I have removed. Does ANYONE know how the heck this thing comes apart? I've tried heating the shell, and prying it out. It WILL NOT BUDGE! $135 for a new headlight every time the bulb burns out will get expensive.

Finally defeated the evil bastage. WD40 helped. Finally got the inner bezel ring to unscrew. Tricky little mother.

If that's what I think it is,the narrow ring at the edge of the bulb screws off,counter clock wise. I put masking tape on the ring for traction,and holding the headlight in both hands turning the ring with my thumbs.
