I vote both...kinda. The mix of black rims and hubs with chrome twisted spokes would look good...BUT then again the exact opposite would look good too: chrome hubs & rims with black spokes.
BTW: Given your paint skills, I think you should put some flames on the battery band that tie in with your tins.

Im pretty sure that I'm going to go with black. I'm sorta playing with the idea of doing the center of the wheel black and leaving a little bit of chrome on the lip. I also thought about doing the center of the wheel ornge like my bike, and the rest of the wheel black, Im really not to sure though, I guess I'll just have to wait until I fire up the paint gun lol!
