Power commander fuel start up setting
I added 5% more fuel at startup for 7 seconds. This seems to help. I maybe up it to 7% for 10 seconds though.....
But, you're assuming that:
1) ...there is a "problem", and
2) ...it can be fixed with fuel adjustments.
The behavior you describe typically relates to the power outage that occurs to the PC unit once the engine light goes out and priming quits. The only way to circumvent that is to hit Start soon after hitting Run.
Think about it... you can add/remove all the fuel in the world, but if the unit is powered off.... those settings are useless.
Since this is the easiest troubleshooting step to test, it only makes sense that you try it. If you have success, you can rule out fuel issues as the cause of the hard start behavior. If you have failure, then you can move forward working with the appropriate parties to adjust your map to accommodate your machine.

Now I do start my bike when priming, but when it's cold it's hit or miss on the cough. When it's warm it fires on the spot every time. Does your bike cough when cold?? If not can you see what your starting fuel setting is set to on the PCV??
Thanks
