Default PCIII help

I just finished installing a PCIII on my '07 Bob, and it won't start. The fuel pump comes on and it turns over just fine, but it makes no attempt to fire up. I have tried to connect the computer to the PCIII, and it doesn't recognize it. Any advice or ideas would be much appreciated.

didya do th eO2 sensors?? Don't know if that would do anything, but mine fired right up. Check ur connections and have another looksee. Unless you have a realy, realy bad map, it should startup, best of luck. If all goes wrong, take it out and see if she starts and go from there.

O2 sensors are on. It was a pain to get everything to fit under the seat and behind the electrical box, but it looks like it will all need to come out. I can't think of anything else to try at this point.

Where did you get the PC3 from? Did it come with the 9volt battery adapter?
You should take it out, if you don't have a laptop and hook it up to your pc and double check to see if it has a map loaded into it.
Double check that the big connectors are firmly seated together.

Might be stupid but I didn't hook the plu wires back up and it made me a bit nervous. Once I hooked them up all was well. then I washed it and the connector got wet. wouldn't start. I say rip it apart again and use some dielectric grease. check all, I mean all connections under the seat. stuffing that thing in the is a chore and it's likely you knocked something out. then check the map and try to fire before you put it back together. Question. are you saying that you did not use the sensor eliminators? and just hooked the o2 sensors back up? My understanding is that that doesn't work. what year is your scoot? never fear my friend with all the brains and experience in this forum we will fix her if she can be fixed. if not send the pc3 back and get a new one. keep on keepin on.
