Looks like a pain in the *** to install the brackets, but once they're on, could be a handy thing to have on the bike. Anyone have experience with these?
I came across it while looking for a good compact covered hammock to keep on the bike for camping. I like the looks of the Hennessy Hammock and would probably prefer that (mounts between two trees) - but how cool would it be to take a nap and never leave your bike?
On a hot day, once the motor's cooled off, it'd be great.
Came close to buying the Hennessy, but was put off by the inherent problem of insulating for cold temps. They require quite an awkward arrangement w/ the insulation on the underside. Also could get stuck needing to setup camp where there are inadequate trees (thinking breakdown in the desert).

I'd like to try it. I don't think I could fork out that amount of cash for it if I didn't know I'd love it. Sleeping in hammocks is a lot better than people who have never done it think.

With mosquite netting and a rain fly to keep the dew off, it might be the perfect way to sleep.
