LOL - If I ever wake up, let alone get out the door before sunrise, I'll give it a shot!

yes. It is beautiful. I do it when I ride to work. Maybe meet with someone in the morning. That way, you build some accountability into it.

I prefer sunset/dusk for some reason, as a wind down. But I've done many more of those, so maybe I should give sunrise runs a try again.

I often ride to the beach before sunrise, go out on the pier to watch the sunrise then go to the sunrise diner for breakfast. Just for the hell of it! Does that count?

+1 on the beach in the morning. Sometimes I ride out of state on my way to work.
The crew really gets a laugh on that.

I prefer the sun setting behind me casting my shadow on the ground in front of me, Had this happen last night coming home from a ride, nice weather, bike running strong, music playing in my ears, doesn't get better than that,

When I worked 3rd shift, I'd have that chance once a week because once a week my schedule was 4pm to 4am. I always stopped and grabbed a cup of coffee on the way home because I was always just barely awake. It helped to put me right in the sun-up timeframe on occasion.

Sunrise is really beautiful in the country without all the city lights and bs to blur it out.
