Thanks again to all with great comments, and I agree with the above poster (SuperglideKen) on the blinkers they do need to be relocated. Will do sooner or later here. Priority right now is better rear seat for the wife...But not to worry it will be off when riding solo swaping the rear seat and a fender bib is my plan. Also I tend to think a nice balence of chrome and black is great cause they really set each other off nicely you get too much of one or the other and IMO it takes the glory of each away.
Update
Well after putting a few miles on the scoot with the new bars I have no complaints at all they are much more comfortable than stock and imo really had to the look of the bike.
