Stage 1 and short shots issue
Just put on V&H short shots on my 2011 WG with the stage 1 download (not fill dyno). Didn't get the breather yet. Question - idle is fine at start - then gets faster and stays that way - until I give it gas. Then comes back down - but goes back up after a few seconds. Is this because I don't have the SE air cleaner yet? Any other suggestions? Help!!

I just put a set of bub straightaways on my bike with the stock aircleaner but i put a piggy back on the fuel injection that kicks in after the bike warms up. Id check for any air leaks around manifold etc that might be causing your fuel mix to be inaccurate. I do not have the screamin eagle air cleaner yet though I think the bike will run better with it. I do not have this problem so id post this in the tech section and get some ideas on what might be causing it .
