Hi everyone. I have a question about a turn signal issue I am having on my 06 Wide Glide. I have kuryakyn LED signals on the front and rear. I put a harley specific HID kit on my scooter yesterday and how the right hand lights are staying lit, but will blink when activated by the switch. The left side rear will work when activated but the front left will not work at all. It is not the bulb and I have checked the wires running from the turn signal to the place where we connected them. I don't see where any of the wiring from the HID is causing the issue. Any thoughts would be awesome. Thanks Kate
i didnt put a resistor on the signals on purpose because I liked the "blink slow three time, then blink fast" effect from the LED's. This signal issue didn't come up till about 15 miles after installed the HID headlight. Does that make sense?

Did you disconnect your battery or pull maxi fuse to install the lights? If so you may have confused your TSM.
Also check that you have everything grounded well...I have had bad grounds and actually fixed the problem by running a hardwire to a better grounding area.
ok, if i disconnect the front turn signals from the wiring harness under the tank, the rear turn signals work properly. And yes, I did disconnect the batter yesterday. I don't understand the TSM confusion though. Could you elaborate on that? Thanks

Well after rereading and further understanding your problem I believe there is a wiring issue. The newer bikes with security modules are finicky when you change signals or add run-turn-brake modules. However i believe the sigs would just blink eradic or not at all if it was your module needing reset. I would replug your fronts in, and unplug the HID and see if everything signal wise returns to working like they did prior to installing the HID. If they do its an issue with the headlamp, if they still screwed up the problem would likely be in the front signal circuit.
