I didn't even notice the price, as I'm not into attaching handbags to a bike, just noticed the craftsmanship that was put into them and thought it would be good to pass on for ideas on making your own.

Yeah they are. The guy has a shop thats over by Osan Airbase. I've stopped in there a couple times the bags are actually really good quality and they're all custom made to order. I don't think I could pay that much for some bags tho. They're a little lower in price over here but still pretty high.
