I put the 103'" stage 4 on my bike and D&D fat cat. Right around 110 hp. I love the way it runs, but I am looking for some more low end torque. Any suggestions?

One way to increase bottom-end torque is to change the size of the compensating sprocket in the primary; going smaller will give better low rpm power but with a sacrifice in overall top speed (MPH).

This is true but it is less expensive if you change your front pulley from the stock 32 to a 30
With the combination of the heads and big throttle body you really hurt the intake runner velocity (bottom end). You pretty much sealed your fate. The best thing to do is listen to everyone here and drop at least two teeth off the front. I would not be afraid to go more teeth off the front as these things are geared to the moon.
How would a 30 tooth pulley affect me at high speeds? I know I probably be able to go as fast but I am not trying to run at top speed. Will this get my rpms real high at higher speeds? Will it matter? Sorry I am new to this
I'm in the same boat as you Blake. Thought about changing out the cam and started a thread about it. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/engin...ge-4-cams.html
Haven't made any additional mods yet - actually getting used to it at this point, but its taken about 3K miles to really learn the engine (admittedly, I'm a slow learner)
Other than the low end, I love the way it runs!
