With all the knowledgeable people on this forum, this will be an easy answer. I am looking at getting a set of mid controls for my buddies 05 FXD. Someone on this forum is selling a set from an 04 FXDL. I can't imagine this not matching up, but wanted to make sure before I purchased. Will this fit with no problems?
Like I posted in the other thread you asked the same question....
04 and 05 frames are the same for the most part, except the Low Rider and Wide Glide neck angle. You should not have any problem bolting them right up. That said, the LR did not come with factory forward controls, they had additional highway pegs with mid controls, so hard to say for certain not knowing the brand of the controls.
